Dr. Ashley J. Arcand

Ashley Arcand, D.C. completed her undergraduate studies at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology.  She then received her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.  Her area of expertise includes manipulative/manual therapy, myofascial release techniques to specific muscle groups, functional assessment and rehabilitation. She especially enjoys working with pre- & postnatal women as well as children and infants.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her husband and children.

Dr. Tim L. Arcand

 

Tim Arcand, D.C. completed his undergraduate studies at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.  He then received his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. Dr. Arcand has taken a special interest in myofascial release and functional rehabilitation. He currently holds certificates in Functional Release (FR), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Functional Taping through RockTape, and Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR). When not in practice, Tim enjoys hikes with his family, snowboarding and playing the drums.

Leo Arcand, D.C., graduated from the National College of Chiropractic and has offered a personal approach to Chiropractic health care since 1977.  Dr. Arcand practices with a variety of gentle techniques including Applied Kinesiology, Activator method and Sacro-Occipital Technique, which are complimented with training in Chinese acupressure and Oriental Energy balancing.  This offers the benefits of an Eastern healing approach dating back 3,000 years with advanced Chiropractic methods.  Dr. Arcand is also a Master level practitioner of Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), which evaluates mind/body energy imbalance and provides the necessary balancing accordingly.
